Instructions for Bid Solicitations

The following bids and proposals are available to interested firms. Solicitation documents are available by clicking on the bid number and or description of the bid.

Documents should be submitted via email. NO LATE BIDS OR PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. It is your responsibility to insure that you have downloaded the most current release of the bid document and any Addendum(s). It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure bids are received by the closing date and time.

Solicitation Addendum
The person in your firm authorized to bind the company must sign all addenda. All addendums, including the Boiler Plate, will become a part of the bid or proposal package and supersedes original specifications that are changed by the addendum(s).

It is the responsibility of all offers’ to obtain all addenda and return a signed copy to the Purchasing Division.

If the College closes due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, all pre-bid meetings and bid closings will be deferred. WSU Tech will update by addendum, and new dates will be posted on this webpage.

In accordance with the Kansas Open Records Act, copies of individual bid responses may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Coordinator by writing a request to the address below along with the remittance amount listed (do not include with bid). Upon receipt of the funds, the documents will be emailed. Information in bid files shall not be released until a contract has been executed or all bid responses have been rejected. Bid results will not be given to individuals over the telephone. Results may be obtained after contract finalization by obtaining the bid tabulation from the Purchasing Coordinator.
