WSU Tech offers transferable general education courses that are guaranteed by the Kansas Board of Regents to transfer to public colleges and universities in Kansas. General Education courses are available for students who would like to begin their college education with a more personal and affordable option to private schools and state universities.

WSU Tech is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and governed by the Kansas Board of Regents. Credits earned at WSU Tech can easily transfer to other two- and four- year colleges like Butler Community College, Wichita State University, Friends University and many others. Transferability

WSU Tech is a Kansas Board of Regents Institution and is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. Credits earned at WSU Tech are often easily transferred to other colleges and universities. Academic Advisors are available to help guide students through the transfer process and develop an academic plan. It is ultimately the student’s responsibility to confirm transferability and course equivalency with the receiving institution.

There is a growing list of courses approved by the Kansas Board of Regents for guaranteed transfer among all Kansas public postsecondary institutions. WSUcourseTransfer

Students who transfer to a Kansas public university from a Kansas public community college or technical college are eligible for Reverse Transfer, which allows for the attainment of any associate degree for which one is eligible along the way to additional certificates and degrees.
