Patient Care Technician Program Features

The Patient Care Technician Program prepares graduates to assist doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing patient care in a variety of healthcare environments. The classroom and clinical experiences support industry’s need for healthcare professionals who are proficient in a variety of direct patient care areas. As a result, graduates of the program have the opportunity to take certification exams in multiple direct patient care areas including certified nurse aide, home health aide, electrocardiograms, phlebotomy and medication aide.

The Patient Care Technician program is available to current high school students only. However, please contact an Advisor regarding our various stand-alone courses for adult learners.
