Paraeducator Program Features
The Paraeducator program is designed to equip graduates with the skills needed to pursue a career in elementary education. The coursework provides a strong academic background in English, humanities, science, and social sciences. Building on this academic core, the program will provide a solid foundation in classroom management, assessment, instructional technology, along with experiential learning opportunities. Upon completion, graduates will be prepared to enter the workforce as a paraprofessional or transfer to a Baccalaureate degree program in Elementary Education.
