ABOUT THE KOCH ACCOUNTING APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
The Koch Apprenticeship program is an opportunity for people from any background or experience level to gain education and hands-on experience that could lead to a full-time accounting role with Koch. Professionals from both WSU Tech and Koch guide you through an accelerated individualized program in Wichita, Kansas. All coursework will be completed online- and pacing is flexible. You can work 20-40 hours a week, depending on your schedule.
Koch will cover most coursework expenses, through WSU Tech, where students will focus on foundational business and accounting concepts. Students will also receive complementary instruction through Koch’s management philosophy, Principle Based Management (TM). During the paid apprenticeship, students will complete their remaining WSU Tech and Koch U coursework while also working 20-25 hours each week alongside accountants and tax professionals.
