What to bring to orientation:

  1. Documents to complete I-9. Acceptable documents include:
    a). Passport
    b). Driver’s License and Social Security Card
    c). Birth Certificate and Social Security Card

  2. A voided check or account verification from your bank to attach to your direct deposit form. We need this to verify that we are sending your paycheck to the correct bank and account.
  3. Additional Forms that can be completed prior to orientation: (please attach or link the appropriate forms)

    d). FERPA
    e). Direct Deposit
