iTRAC is a South Central Kansas educational technology conference for high school, college and university faculty and instructional technology designers and leaders. This one-day event featured lectures from top leaders in education, door prizes, opportunities for networking and a keynote speech by Dr. Mark David Milliron, Co-Founder & Chief Learning Officer of Civitas Learning.

“iTRAC 2016 was fantastic!  What an exciting day of networking and sharing ideas with educators from around Kansas and surrounding states. Keynote speaker Dr. Mark David Milliron discussed the need for challenging students to step up in a digital democracy. His presentation was enlightening and humorous, and we walked away with a renewed faith in assisting our students in their educational journey. This is the fifth year for iTRAC and it is always a rich day of learning.” said Tara Canfield-Weber, iTrac Conference Chair and Associate Dean of General Education at WSU Tech.

“I really enjoyed the presenters and the keynote speaker. All the presentations were very fascinating and professional. The keynote speaker was charismatic and introduced empirically based strategies for helping students find success in the classroom in a very insightful and practical manner. iTRAC was one of the best organized conferences I have attended and I felt like I left with a lot of practical suggestions to implement technology and help my students’ performance.” said Yolonda Mowrey, attendee of the 2016 iTRAC conference and lead faculty of Social Science at WSU Tech.
