This course will look at all types of customers and how to serve them better and improve in the process. Some of the learning objectives are; what customer service means, how to identify and connect with customer’s needs, how attitude and company climate can affect customer service and how to deal with difficult customers in person and on the phone.
Critical thinking provides the skills to analyze and evaluate information to be able to obtain the greatest amount of knowledge. Our society is knowledge based and the more critical the thinking, the better the knowledge will be. Critical thinking will lead to being a more rational and disciplined thinker. Some of the learning examples for this training include; utilizing non-linear thinking, using logical thinking and comprehending problem solving abilities.
Business ethics is the accepted set of moral values and corporate standards of conduct used in business practices and decision making. The specifics of meaning and definitions can vary from one business to another. Some of the learning objectives in this training are; how to define and understand the benefits of ethics, how to create strategies to implement ethics at work, how to identify ethical and unethical behavior and how to lead with integrity.
Supervising others can be a tough job. This training session will help supervisors become more efficient and effective in their day to day delegation. Some of the learning objectives include; setting expectations for your staff, assigning work and delegating appropriately, managing time more efficiently, defining requirements for particular tasks, getting a new supervisor started on the right path and helping a team resolve conflicts.

Microsoft Office 2016 training is designed to provide the customer with the ability to work efficiently within the software and to perform basic document tasks as well as routine functions. We provide training in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher and Outlook.

The right behavior can cause a company to sky rocket with effective productivity and reputation. Poor behavior can cause a company’s productivity and reputation to plummet. The first step is to understand what behavior is and how to define it. Some of the learning objectives of this training are; examining and practicing how to implement and maintain good corporate behaviors, defining those behaviors and describing the benefits of good corporate behavior.
The purpose of courageous conversations or delivering constructive criticism is to improve the outcome of a situation. Constructive criticism is the process of delivering criticisms about the work of another, by giving valid and reasonable opinions, using positive and negative comments, but not in an oppositional manner, but a friendly one. Some of the learning objectives are; learning how to prepare and plan to deliver Constructive Criticism, using the proper steps and follow up techniques.

Teamwork – Team building is defined as the process of encouraging members of a group to work well together by having them take part in activities or games. Teamwork is the combined action of a group of people especially when effective and efficient. This course will encourage participants to explore the different aspects of a team and how to build an effective team and top notch performers.
This training workshop will help participants work towards being that unforgettable person by providing communication skills, negotiation techniques, tips on making an impact and advice on networking and starting conversations. Some of the learning objectives of this training are; improving verbal skills, defining the difference between hearing and listening, explaining emotions and how to make an impact.
Bullying is now the leading concern among parents, students and society. Bullies are a growing problem in schools and the workplace. Adults or students who bully others do so with malicious intent. Some learning objectives include; actions to take to stop bullying and violence, examples of how to detect and stop student and work bullying and to explain why it is important to maintain a safe and civil working and learning environment.
This training will help identify the differences between a hostile or upset individual and or a threat. It will guide participants in identifying techniques to deal with difficult and upset people, understand the benefits of the correct communication, office safety and how to deescalate an irate situation. Basic personality types are discussed as well as the defining of the two types of anger and a threat.
