In order to keep students, visitors, and employees informed and engaged with the happenings on our campuses, WSU Tech faculty, staff, and student groups are invited to submit informational content to be displayed on the television screens at each of our campuses. Please click the “Download Templates” button to access templates for content creation, and submit the form below with detailed information.

Content will be updated on a weekly basis. Content submissions for the following week are due Friday by noon.

All content is subject to review and should meet WSU Tech branding standards. If submitted content does not meet branding standards, you may be asked to revise and resubmit.

Please note that all efforts will be made to accommodate scheduling requests, but submitting this form does not guarantee inclusion in the content calendar.
