What started as a standard financial aid advisory meeting turned into nearly two years of consistent support, guidance, and check-ins.
Fast-forward to two weeks before graduation, this student came in one last time and expressed appreciation for Lacey’s continued support throughout his time at WSU Tech, letting her know he was walking across the commencement stage.
This is what it means to remove barriers and support students beyond the paperwork.

Foley Equipment and WSU Tech have opened a new ThinkBIG Lab, creating more opportunities for students to gain real-world, hands-on experience in high-demand technician careers.
This program combines hands-on classroom learning with real-world job experience, providing students with the opportunity to develop practical skills while they train. The result is a stronger, more prepared workforce ready to meet the demands of our industry from day one.

Last week, we celebrated National CTE Signing Day, where high school seniors made it official with WSU Tech.
Each student signed their letter of intent and received a $1,000 scholarship to get started. 💸
